7 Reasons Why I Love Tinder And Recommend Men Use It

Unsure about Tinder?  If you’re thinking about joining Tinder, I’ve come up with a list of things to advise you.  I love Tinder because it’s easy to setup, free, and it’s fun to name a few.

The reality is I have a love/hate relationship with most dating sites.  Each dating site has positives and negatives.  I’ve discussed in a previous blog post 10 Reasons Why I Hate Tinder!, but today I want to share with you 7 reasons I love Tinder:

Tinder is easy to join. All you need is to link to your Facebook or your phone number.

Load a photo and "boom!"  You can start swiping.  No need to answer a ton of questions like Eharmony below.

No need to create a username.
No need to write anything about yourself.
No need to fill out those annoying sections like this on POF.

Just load a few photos, and you can start swiping.  Easy

And if you want to take a break, disabling is a cinch.  Go to your settings and turn it off. Simple.

I love Tinder because it’s free.  Yes, you can meet women without spending a dime.  No credit card required.

The obvious benefit of a free site like Tinder is there's no cost or obligation to sign up. For example, you can’t "test" Eharmony or Match.com to see if will work for you.  Nope, you have to pay upfront before using their services.

Tinder’s site offers "Tinder Gold" which allows you to reverse a swipe left and give you a boost, but you don’t need that feature.  Tinder’s basic service is free, and it's all you need to meet women on their site, but you still have the option to pay for their extra features if you'd like.

There's no need to send a message on Tinder; all you do is swipe right when you're interested in a woman.  Yup, you don't have to read through a woman's profile, find something to comment on, think about it and create a message.

None of that "take your time to read her profile and come up with a clever message" nonsense; swipe right to show her you like her:

That’s it.  Nothing more.  No thinking or effort necessary.  How easy is that?

Tinder has an option called "Smart Photos" which will rotate your photos when women see your profile and default to whichever of your pictures gets the best results.  That's right; Tinder split tests your pictures for you!

On other dating sites you choose your primary photo, and that’s that.  Not on Tinder.  It tests each photo and finds which is your best performing to maximize your appeal with women.

Oh, if you want to be in control, all you have to do is disable the setting above.

Tinder is honestly fun.  It feels like I’m playing a game on my phone when I swipe left or right.  When a woman likes you back, it's a great feeling.  And if they don't "like" you back; so what.  It's their loss, right?

One thing I love about Tinder is all you have to do is put yourself out there with a couple of photos, so it's low risk because you don't have to sit down and put together a dating profile like on Match.com.  It's high reward because you can quickly start conversations based on your photos alone.

You can be lazy on Tinder and do well.  I recommend you put some effort into the written section, but you don't necessarily have to.

The best thing about Tinder, it flat out works. There are a ton of women on it, so the odds are in your favor.  Tinder shares it has 1.6 billion swipes per day and 1 million dates per week as a result of its use.

With those type of numbers, it's nearly impossible not to meet someone.

When you click on the icon, a document appears which gives the illusion that you're working on something so you can fool any nearby nosy people or a boss who suddenly appears over your shoulder.

Clearly, this is meant to be a joke, but I find it pretty funny anyways.
